1. Operations Officer (04 Vacancies)
The post is permanent and General Central Service Group- “A” Gazetted (Non-Ministerial).
Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age: 35 years.
Qualification: A Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical or Computer Science or information technology or Aeronautics or Electrical or Electronics disciplines from a recognized University OR Masters Degree in Science in the subjects of Electronics or Physics OR B.Sc Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Physics or Electronics as subjects.
Experience: Two years experience for Degree in Engineering or One year experience for M.Sc or Three years experience for B.Sc. in (a) Air Traffic Control with Aerodrome Control or Approach Control or Area Control rating or (b) Licensing of Aerodromes or Flight Crew or Air Transport or (c) Management of Airside operations of major or International Civil Airport or (d) Aircraft flying with Commercial Pilot License or (e) Aircraft Flying in Defense Services or (f) Flight operations department of a Schedules Airlines or (g) Aerodrome Design and Planning.
2.Assistant Professor (02 Vacancies)
The post is permanent and General Central Service Group- “A” Gazetted (Non-Ministerial).
Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age: 35 years.
Qualification: (i) Master Degree in Social work or Sociology or Applied Sociology from a recognized University or institution. (iii) M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience: Three years teaching and research experience as a Psychiatric Social Worker in a Mental Hospital, Child Guidance Clinic or Psychiatric Department of a General Hospital.
Desirable: Doctorate Degree in Social work or Sociology or Applied Sociology from a recognized University or institution.
3. Guardian (01 Vacancy)
Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age: 35 years.
Qualification: (A) (i) Masters’ degree in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute OR(ii) B.Sc. Nursing or Post basic B.Sc. Nursing with one year experience in a Nursing College recognized by Indian Nursing Council. (B) Registered as Nurse and Mid Wife with Central or State Nursing Council.
NOTE-I: The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
4.Assistant Editor (03 Vacancies)
Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age: 30 years.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication from any recognized University or institute; OR Bachelor’s degree with Economics or Statistics or English as a subject and possessing a diploma in Journalism or Mass-Communication of at least one year from a recognized University or institute.
Experience: Three years’ experience of editing and publishing works in book publishing field in publishing house or Newspaper or News agency or publicity Organization or Government organisation.
Desirable: (i) Master’s Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Economics or Statistics or English from a recognized University or institute. (iii) Experience of working on publishing software, ie PageMaker, MS Office, Corel Draw, QuarkXPress or Photoshop.

How to Apply for UPSC Recruitment 2022
Yo) Candidates must apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
ii) Candidates must upload supporting documents/certificates for each claim they make in their application, such as their date of birth, experience (preferably in the prescribed format), desired qualification(s), etc., in a separate pdf file that is legible when printed out and has a file size of no more than 1 MB for each of the aforementioned modules and 2 MB for the “UPLOAD OTHER DOCUMENT” module. The applicant may scan the paperwork in greyscale at a resolution of 200 dpi for that purpose. The Document Upload Module cannot accept documents like pay stubs, resumes, appointment letters, resignation letters, unsigned experience certificates, etc.
a) Matriculation or 10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth, or mark sheet of Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent issued by Central or State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of claim of age. Where date of birth is not available in certificate or mark sheets, issued by concerned Educational Boards, School leaving certificate indicating Date of Birth (in case of Tamil Nadu & Kerala).
b) Degree or Diploma certificate as proof of educational qualification claimed. In the absence of Degree or Diploma certificate, provisional certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years. Etc.
