ESIC Recruitment 2022: Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Model Hospital, Indore has invited the Applications from the Eligible Candidates for recruitment to the Post of Senior Residents, Sr Residents (Full-Time/Part-Time) Super-Specialists, and Specialists.
Those Professional Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility as Applicants to the Notified Department-specific Posts may typewrite/fill up the Applications in the Prescribed Application Proforma and append the Documents (Original accompanying Xerox facsimiles thereof) for production, submission aimed for Document Verification during Personal Interview.
The Deadline for Application is stipulated as 23rd August 2022. Total 34 Vacancies bifurcated include may be considered as Senior Residents for 03-Years under Central Residency Scheme 34 comprising the 15 vacancies detailed 01) Full-Time/Part-Time Specialist: 13 Vacancies and 02) Full-Time/Part-Time Super-Specialist: 02 Vacancies.
Total 34 Vacancies Senior Residents are Category-wise bifurcated as: UR: 12, EWS: 03, OBC-08, SCs-07 and STs: 04 (Backlog Reserved vacancies: OBC: 07, SCs: 06 and STs: 03).
Choice: 3-Years’ Senior Resident, Three-Years Full-Time, Part-Time Specialist, and Full-Time/Part-Time Super Specialist for ESIC Model Hospital & ODC, Nanda Nagar Indore.
1. Senior Residents shall be appointed under Central Residency Scheme for Three years subject to Renewal/Extension every year on satisfactory performance for ESIC Model Hospital & ODC, Nanda Nagar, Indore-452 011.
Selection: NB: i) The Candidate selected for Three-years’ Senior Resident (SR) shall have to pay ₹30000.00 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) through Demand Draft in favor of ESI Fund A/c. No. 1, Indore towards Security Deposit.
ii) The Full-Time Specialist, upon Selection at the time of Joining, shall need to deposit a Security of ₹4000.00 (Rupees Four Thousand only) in the shape of Demand Draft in favor of ESI Fund A/c. No. 1, Indore, which remains refundable to the Incumbent Candidate after successful completion of the Contractual period and on Production of “No Dues Certificate”.

The Eligible Candidate must carry along duly completed/typewritten/hand-filled Application (CV/BD) with 02 Passport-size Most Recent Colored Photograph affixed on the Application Form and 02 Extra PPS Photographs and respective Original Certificates; ie, SSC/Matriculate Certificate substantiating the Age Proof (Date of Birth), Educational and Professional Degree Qualifications, Medical Council Registration of the State/MCI, Working Experience Certificates with Self-attested Xerox of One Full Set of all the Certificates and Documents to appear for the Walk-in-Interview.

Name of the Post & the Contractual Tenure for Engagement: Senior Resident: 03-years
Age, Qualification, Professional / Working Experience
Age Limitation: For the Post of Senior Residents on 03-Years’ Contractual Tenure Maximum Age 45 Years. Community-wise Relaxation in Upper Age Limits.
For the Post of Senior Residents (FT/PT Specialist) on 03-Years’ Contractual Tenure Maximum Age 67 Years. Community-wise Relaxation in Upper Age Limits.
Essential Qualification: 1. Senior Resident on contract 3 (three) years Under Central Residency Scheme for Remuneration/Emoluments in the Entry Pay Level- 11 Plus Other Allowances as Admissible in ESIC.
Education: MBBS with PG Degree/PG Diploma in Medical/Surgical Specialties from duly recognized University and *MBBS with 02-years’ Working Experience in the same discipline.
2. Full-Time/Part-Time Specialists
Full-Time Specialist: ₹106000.00 Per Month as Consolidated Remuneration.
Educational Qualification: MBBS and PG Degree with 03-years’ Working Experience or Diploma with 05-years’ Working Experience in the Specialty concerned.
Note: The Applicant/Candidate must be Registered either with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the State Medical Council (SMC).
Part-Time Specialist: i) ₹60000.00 Per Month for 04-Hours’ Session Per Day(X)Four Days in a Week Plus ₹15000/- subject to furnishing an Undertaking for Availability on Emergency Call Duty after the Schedule Timings Per Month. Additional Emoluments/Remuneration above 16 Hours/Week- ₹800 per Hour for every additional hour.
3. Full-Time/Part-Time Super Specialists:
Eligible Candidate must have in possession 01) Relevant MBBS and MD/MS/DNB Degree from the Medical Council of India (MCI) recognized Medical College/ Institution. 02) DM/M.Ch in respective Super-Specialty from the MCI recognized Medical College/DNB in the Super-Specialty Concerned or Equivalent. 03) Must be Registered with the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council. 04) 05-Years’ Working Experience in the Specialty Concerned post obtaining the First Post-Graduate Degree.
Note: The Qualifications as regards Working Experience remain Relaxable at the discretion of the Appointing Authority on the Selection Committee’s recommendation in case of Only Candidates else Well-qualified Emoluments and Terms & Conditions.
Gross Emolument/Remuneration for Full-Time Super Specialists: Consolidated ₹2.00 Lake Per Month
Gross Emolument for Part-Time Super Specialists: Consolidated ₹1.00 Lac Per Month
mandating 04-Hours Per Diem (Per Day) & 04 days in a Week. In addition, ₹20000/- Per Month for Visiting Charges in case of any Emergency call and ₹1200/- for every additional hour beyond 16-Hours/Week*.
