What is ExitLag and what unique solutions do you provide?

ExitLag’s software helps gamers connect with their loved games using an optimized route, adding stability and latency reduction to their connections.
About the gaming industry, how big is this industry and what is the current global market size?
The gaming industry has been on a constant growth and it amazes me to see all the new technologies that are launched every day. There are almost 3 billion gamers around the globe and that number alone is very impressive. The Gaming industry is at a pace to be a $200 Billion dollar industry which is also another impressive number. It is very good to be part of such a big environment, but it also requires a lot of hard work on our side to keep updated with all the new trends.
What are the most common connection issues gamers are facing today?
The most common issues between gamers are: Lag which is basically a delay in communication between player and game. Jitter, which feels like hiccups on the connection. Lastly, the Packet loss which is probably the worst problem among them all. It causes the most damage and information is lost meaning the player’s action could be lost and not executed on the game server. ExitLag aims to tackle all three of these problems with different approaches trying to minimize or prevent them from happening at all times.
Who are your services at ExitLag for and how are you helping gamers improve their connection and gaming experience?
We help all players that play any online game, as long as the game is online, we should be able to help players either by improving their connection or just running on the background and preventing problems from arising. ExitLag is present in 190 countries which shows how helpful and global we are.
Tell us more about Lag in gaming, how do you get rid of lag, what are the benefits, could you give us a walkthrough of how this works at ExitLag?
Lag is a very common issue that gamers face due to the nature of real time communication between player and game. Lag is a delay in this communication and there are many variables that can cause lag. ExitLag focuses on improving the way the user communicates with the game, our software stays in the background making sure that the communication packets are traveling through the fastest routes possible in the most optimized way. Using ExitLag is like taking toll roads with less traffic, better maintained roads while also having someone to let your data know which road is the best one to travel on at all times.
On the evolution of gaming, what other gaming trends should we look out for and what do you think gaming will look like in five years?
Gaming is an ever-growing industry with a big sense of community between players. I feel like e-sports is a trend that will continue to grow. I am really excited to see more and more mainstream media adoption. Especially with the new National College league here in the US (NACE), I think this will be a great way to give talents opportunities in D1 schools like it already happens with regular sports. Also as immersive technology advances, I think we will see a lot more competition on immersive games too.
What is your vision at ExitLag to shape the future of online gaming, any available opportunities for investors and partnerships?
Yes, ExitLag is always open minded to new partners and always looking forward to expand our reaches. We are on a mission to bring fairness to online gaming, making players having the best experience possible while gaming. We also see a lot of potential for ExitLag to collaborate with game publishers in order to provide a service to them, so they can help their communities directly. There is a lot of work on our side to expand our presence in the gaming world, and hopefully in the future we should be able to help other industries as well.
