Age: The age limit for this post is 50 years.

Qualification and Experience:
Essential: Possess MBBS/BDS degree with either of the following Post graduate degree or diploma:
- Masters in Public Health
- Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management (2 Years)
- Masters in Health Administration
- Post Graduate Diploma in Health Administration (2 Years)
- MBA in Healthcare Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (2 Years)
Have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in implementing and supporting community health and primary health care programs
- Experience in undertaking research, capacity building and working with health systems in the public health system
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use the internet to for desk research, literature review and accessing other relevant documents.
- Excellent data analytical skills, documentation, communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Working knowledge of Hindi / other major regional languages
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to carry out given task with minimal supervision
Consultant – Health Policy and Integrated Planning/ Human Resources for Health
Age: The age limit for this post is 35 years.

Qualification and Experience: MBBS/ BDS/ AYUSH/ Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineering/ BA- Economics/ Bachelor of Commerce with a full-time 2 years post-graduation in any one of the following:
Post Graduation:
- Master’s in Public Health (MPH)
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma Public Health Management
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Healthcare Administration
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health and Hospital
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health Management
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in Personal Management
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in HR Management
experience:
- In case of MBBS, candidate with master’s in public health or PG Degree/ Diploma as mentioned in ToR with at least 1 year of post qualification experience in public health sector. Preference would be given to those who have practiced medicine in PHC/blocks or have been part of NHM.
- In case of non MBBS candidates, at least 2 years of Post Qualification work experience public health is required. Candidates with experience in consulting, particularly those who have worked on State/MoHFW assignments would be preferred.
- Work experience/Competence in the area of planning particularly at National/State/district/block level for health or health systems strengthening would be an advantage.
Consultant – Community Processes – Comprehensive Primary Health Care

Qualification and Experience:
Essential:
- MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing with a Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Public Health/Epidemiology/Health Administration/Nutrition or equivalent/Health Management
- Have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the implementation of community health programs
- Experience in direct implementation of health service delivery programs through Government, NGOs, or Development partners
- Experience in one or all of the following: documentation, data analysis, and training.
- Excellent analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Experience of undertaking research and writing training modules on health
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
